This site is the online presence for Mr. Bals of Havana High
School and Havana Junior High.  I graduated from Illinois College in May of 2012, and this is my fourth year teaching at HHS and will be my first at the Junior High.  I am very excited about the opportunity to work in Havana, and I am going to do my best to ensure that every student receives an excellent education.

At the top of the page, you will see that there is a Biology 1 tab and a 7th Grade science tab.  All that you need to do is move your mouse over top of the tab and it will provide a drop-down menu that can take you directly to the material that goes along with each class (the Assignment Calendar is the most frequently accessed portion of my page at the high school). If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me.  Clicking on the following link will take you to my email address.
Email Mr. Bals.  If that doesn't work, my email address is cbals@havana126.net.

Thanks to Mr. Schroeder for letting me use his green screen!
